These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Opacus platform, including the website at opacus.xyz, the Agentboard application, OpacusPay, the Agent Kernel API, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Opacus ("we", "our", "us").
By creating an account, connecting a wallet, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

You may register using an email address, Google, GitHub, or a compatible Ethereum wallet (e.g. MetaMask). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@opacus.xyz of any unauthorised access.

Opacus is not a licensed financial institution, broker, investment advisor, or money services business. OpacusPay and Citadel functionality are utility services for agent operation — they do not constitute financial advice. MoonPay's fiat services are provided under MoonPay's own regulatory licences and terms.
Opacus charges capability-based registration fees (currently ~0.5–11.6 USDC depending on selected capabilities) and may charge usage fees for compute, storage, and cross-chain transactions. All fees are denominated in USDC and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Fee schedules are displayed in the Agentboard Billing section and may be updated with 7 days' notice.
Certain features (escrow, Citadel registration, bridge) interact with deployed smart contracts on Base and 0G blockchains. On-chain transactions are irreversible. Opacus cannot reverse, cancel, or refund on-chain transactions. You are solely responsible for verifying transaction details before confirmation. Smart contracts are provided "as is" and may contain undiscovered bugs or vulnerabilities.
All content, code, branding, and software comprising the Opacus platform is the exclusive property of Opacus or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercialise any part of the platform without written permission.
Agents and configurations you create within the platform remain your intellectual property. By submitting content you grant Opacus a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content to provide the Service.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service integrates with third parties including MoonPay, Google, GitHub, 0G Network, and Vercel. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opacus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds, profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees you paid to Opacus in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Opacus, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@opacus.xyz. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. On-chain assets remain under your wallet's control.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, except where prohibited by local law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 7 days' notice of material changes via the platform or email. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
